Von Miller Pays Tribute to His Late Bronco Friend After Winning Super Bowl LVI: ‘I Was Playing for DT. He Passed Away Suddenly in December’
The Los Angeles Rams have won the Super Bowl LVI. A key contributor to the Rams’ victory was linebacker Von Miller. Miller won his second Super Bowl championship with the Rams. In addition, Miller became the first player in NFL history to record multiple sacks for two different teams in a Super Bowl.
Miller racked up 4.5 sacks over two Super Bowls, including two sacks in Sunday’s game. As a result, he is tied with Charles Haley for the most Super Bowl sacks. Von Miller has played in only two title games compared to Haley’s five. Therefore, Miller’s statistics are even more impressive.
