Gisele was one of the lucky few who had featured on the runway during the 2016 Olympics. In her book, she spoke about how amazing an experience this was. She was reported to walk an extremely long runway. This also became special as it became one of the last times she walked on a runway. Gisele also mentioned, “. I came down the longest runway I’ve ever been on while a pianist played Tom Jobim’s “The Girl from Ipanema.” It was electrifying! It felt like the culmination of everything that had gone before.”

The patriotism for Brazil was very visible. Furthermore, Gisele had a large audience of 78,000 people in the audience and more than 3 billion people watching, as per Vogue. The model certainly made her mark on the world through her walk in the Olympics.
