Aaron Rodgers has received acclaim as a true Packers legend. Despite his current struggles, the franchise QB1 has a legacy that he cemented with his success throughout his career. Since Rodgers has spent several years in Green Bay, he knows the schematics and is a franchise veteran. However, some concerning reports are coming from the franchise athletes, and NFL fans cannot stop reacting to them.
The Packers seem to have some trouble on the offensive end. Aaron Rodgers desires to do things his way, and he has had luck with veteran athletes in the mix. However, he has rookie faces in the roost this season, which appears to be a problem for the QB1 because his standards are high.

A-Rod ain’t relying on the new guys
According to The Athletic’s Kalyn Kahler, Aaron Rodgers anticipates his offense to remember around 30 hand motions. They evaluate the athletes each Saturday, but the cues aren’t trained. There is no actual record of them, and Rodgers frequently resurrects signals from years ago. RB Kylin Hill also mentioned the “little death stare” by A-Rod when they mess things up.

Go watch Kurt Warner's study ball videos he puts together. Some of them have been on GBs WRs. It's not that they don't know hand signals, it seems like it's the route running. He showed these choice routes they run & the WR reads their choice wrong & aren't where they should be

The Green Bay Packers surpassed the Chicago Bears for the most wins in NFL history during their NFC North Division match. It was one of A-Rod’s most important victories. But the cold and gusty conditions at Soldier Field made things challenging for Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers mentioned facing troubles while building a plan. He mentioned, “I was trying to chart plays and my fingers were shaking so bad. I can’t even write at this point.”
