The 2021 NFL season is less than three months away. As teams gear up for what should be another riveting season of football, fans of certain NFL franchises will be hoping for a turnaround in their fortunes.
After all, not everyone has it good. And 2020, was pretty depressing for certain franchises. The Jacksonville Jaguars went 1-15, the New York Jets 2-14, even the Dallas Cowboys had a howler by their standards with a 6-10 losing record.
Looking to turn things around, we take a look at the team we believe will have a starkly contrasting 2021 campaign as compared to last season.

New England Patriots can surprise a few in the NFL
The New England Patriots had it bad in 2020. Failing to make the playoffs for the first time since 2008, the franchise stumbled to a 7-9 losing record.

With a lack of quality of wide receivers and serious deficiencies at tight end, the Patriots offense needed some work. And Head Coach and GM Bill Belichick made sure to address that over the course of the offseason.
Signing the likes of Nelson Agholor, Kendrick Bourne, Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith, the Patriots have filled the gaps that needed looking into.
And if there are still concerns about Cam Newton, they’ve got that covered as well. Drafting rookie quarterback Mac Jones, the Patriots have invested in their quarterback for the future.

While Jones isn’t expected to start right away, it’s only a matter of time the Patriots offense finds its new leader. Jones has impressed many with his performances in OTAs and minicamp giving Patriots fans all the more reasons to be excited for 2021.
