Novak Djokovic Is the GOAT Over Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer, Claims ATP Star

For the 20-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic, the 2021 season has been one of his greatest ever seasons. After witnessing his stellar season and the series of records he has broken, many current and ex-players have hailed Djokovic as the ‘greatest player of all time’.
The latest to join the growing list is Argentine tennis player Guido Pella. Recently, on an ESPN show, Pella talked about the Big-3 and categorically stated Djokovic being superior to his arch-rival’s Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

“Overall, Djokovic is better than Federer and Nadal,” said Pella, during the show.

Guido Pella hails Novak Djokovic
Well, the numbers stack in Djokovic’s favor. In March this year, Djokovic broke Federer’s record of the most weeks spent at World No.1 ranking.
Then, by winning three consecutive Grand Slam titles, Djokovic not only equaled the Grand Slam tally of Nadal and Federer but also became – the first man since Rod Laver to win all four Grand Slam events multiple times.

Just last week, the Serbian superstar secured the year-end No.1 ranking for the seventh time in his career, breaking Pete Sampras’ record. He also clinched his 37th ATP Masters 1000 title at the Paris Masters, becoming the leader on the list of most ATP Masters 1000 titles won.
In a matter of twelve months, Djokovic has heavily turned the GOAT debate in his favor. However, with Nadal and Federer poised to return at the start of the 2022 season, fans will certainly want a twist in the tale.
