What began in the 2023 World Championships in Budapest, solidified at the 2024 USATF Night of Legends in Orlando, was confirmed on Valentine of 2025. ​Sha’Carri Richardson and Christian Coleman, two of the most electrifying figures in track and field, officially confirmed their romantic relationship. Since going public, the couple has continued to share glimpses of their relationship with fans. Richardson celebrated Coleman’s 29th birthday in March 2025 with a surprise helicopter ride, sharing heartfelt messages and unseen photos of their time together. They also made a joint appearance at the 2025 Super Bowl. And maybe to share more of these glimpses, they have come up with a massive social media update. Wondering what? You’re not alone.

Sha’carri Richardson took to her Instagram story on 27 April to post a poll. It read, “YALL READY FOR OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL 👀✨?!“, with yes or no options. Feels like the couple is planning to start their YouTube channel, a joint one. 96% votes have turned out in favor of the channel while 4% have opted for no.

The story had a picture of the track and field athlete couple, with Coleman donning a bike hoodie, his classic buzz cut, and a goatee as smooth as always. Sha’carri, on the other hand, who has clicked the picture, did not back away from being beautiful either; the two necklaces hung around her neck, with one of them having a very charming flower pendant. She pulled off her look with an orange top. Talking of a new YouTube channel, the couple have their individual YouTube channel as well.

Richardson has four videos on her channel, four of which date back to a year ago and one just 11 days ago. Meanwhile, the last video that went on Coleman’s YouTube was uploaded even before the year of the Olympics, i.e., three years ago. But a combined YouTube channel would be a great idea. The Woodhalls also have a combined YouTube and Instagram where they upload their couple moments. So that is an idea that Coleman and Richardson could use; other than that, the Christian Coleman Invitational highlights can also go on the channel.

While they decide to launch their YouTube channel, Christian Coleman has made his season debut and also competed in the Diamond League.

Sha’Carri Richardson’s beau’s Diamond League Performance

The 2025 season of the Diamond League has kicked off, and so has the 2025 season of Sha’Carri Richardson‘s boyfriend, Christian Coleman. His season debut came a week ago in the 100m event at the Tom Jones Memorial, where he finished third. Things only worsened for him in the Xiamen Diamond League, as he failed to even secure a podium finish in the race. He was the only hope for Americans. 

The two-time Diamond League final winner finished in 4th place with a time of 10.18 seconds. Despite a strong start, he was edged out by Akani Simbine, who won the race in 9.99 seconds. Ferdinand Omanyala secured a second place with a time of 10.13 seconds. Jeremiah Azu finished closely behind in third place, clocking 10.17 seconds.
