#1 John Lineker vs. Fabricio Andrade 

When time was called on the main event rematch for the vacant ONE Bantamweight World Title between Fabricio “Wonder Boy” Andrade and John “Hands of Stone” Lineker, both men looked battered. And that stood as a testament to their back-and-forth war that ended in victory via a fourth-round stoppage for Andrade.

The man who had been calling himself the ‘uncrowned bantamweight king’ won and earned the highly coveted divisional gold in the process, but the fans were equally victorious, as the fight lived up to its hype and then some.

John Lineker’s Manager Unveils Why He Decided to Throw-In the Towel During the ONE Fight Night 7 Main Event

Each punch the two Brazilians landed drew huge cheers from the crowd. Lineker certainly got his licks in, but a charge of combinations by Andrade in the penultimate frame sealed the deal for him. “Hands of Stone” was deemed unable to continue by his couches during the break between rounds after suffering a deep cut above his right eye, and “Wonder Boy” was handed the TKO win and the belt.

#2 Tawanchai PK.Saenchai vs. Jamal Yusupov

Tawanchai PK.Saenchai is a generational talent indeed. The ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Champion successfully defended his crown for the first time in last Friday’s co-main event, and he made sure it was fast, precise, and vicious against #2-ranked contender Jamal “Yeniceri” Yusupov.

After backing out of Yusupov’s range for the opening 30 seconds, the Thai superstar loaded up with three kicks to the thigh. The final low kick instantly left his foe in a world of pain. 

The Turkish star winced as he tried to put weight on his front leg, but it was clear he was in no condition to continue, so referee Olivier Coste was forced to call a stop to the bout at the 49-second mark. Tawanchai not only upped his professional slate to 129-31-2, but he bagged a US$50,000 performance bonus for yet another highlight-reel finish.

#3 Uali Kurzhev vs. Tommy Langaker

Norwegian powerhouse Tommy Langaker might have earned himself a shot at Kade Ruotolo’s ONE Lightweight Submission Grappling World Title after putting on another intense grappling clinic against Uali Kurzhev at ONE Fight Night 7. The 29-year-old Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt was relentless in his pursuit, pressing the multiple-time Sambo World Champion with a flurry of submissions. 

That pressure finally paid dividends when he reached for his foe’s foot to lock in a pinpoint heel hook, which drew a tap at the 2:58 mark of the scheduled 10-minute match.
