“That Kid Is Wild” – 55-Year-Old Joe Rogan Blown-Away by ‘Incredible’ Teenager Following History-Making Performance at ADCC 2022

Joe Rogan is a grappling fanatic. The lifelong martial artist who is the world’s number one podcast host and a respected name in the combat sports industry often shares his love for the ‘gentle art’ on his Spotify podcast – The Joe Rogan Experience. Recently, the 55-year-old applauded two young men who seem unstoppable in the jiujitsu world.

The JRE host, on JRE episode #1872 with guests Tony Hinchcliffe & Hans Kim, talked about two of the most talented jujitsu practitioners in the world, who are a part of the ONE Championship’s stacked roster.

Joe Rogan praised Ruotolo Brothers

The former Fear Factor host, who previously mentioned ONE Championship has separated themselves from the rest of the promotions, was taken by surprise by these young grappling wizards’ spectacular performances at ADCC 2022.

Rogan, who was in attendance at the event, said, “How about [Kade] Ruotolo? 19-year-old and wins ADCC: youngest guy ever. That kid is wild. He and his brother [Tye] are so good. Those guys are so good in their 19s, it’s incredible.”

The teenage duo had made their debut at The Home of Martial Arts, where they impressed ONE Championship CEO & Chairman Chatri Sityodtong along with the entire world witnessing the ONE 157 event.

Likewise, both Tye and Kade Ruotolo showcased their breathtaking skills at the 2022 ADCC World Championships.

Though both brothers had definitive performances, Kade Ruotolo created history as he became the youngest grappler to win a championship at ADCC after submitting Mica Galvao. With four submission finishes, Kade’s run in the championship was one of the all-time greats.

Meanwhile, his brother (Tye) was not behind as he racked up an impressive win over renowned grappler Felipe Pena.

While both of them are absolute nightmares for their opponents on a mat, these two have also shown to adopt their unique style inside the ONE Circle. Thus, fans of the billion-dollar promotion can expect big things from this dynamic duo.
