Red Bull and Williams Intensify Their Battle for Fastest Pit Crew

The excitement surrounding the recently concluded German Grand Prix is unlikely to die out any time soon. One of the many moments that stood out was the lightning quick pit stop of Max Verstappen. The Red Bull team worked like clockwork and he was on his way in 1.88 seconds flat!.

However, their closest competitors were the Williams team, who pitted Robert Kubica in 1.99 seconds. They were the only two teams to breach the sub 2-second barrier. In fact, Red Bull and Williams occupied the top 4 spots on the pit stop timing board. The rest of the top 10 were, Ferrari’s Charles LeClerc, Toro Rosso’s Alex Albon, Alfa Romeo’s Kimi Raikkonen, Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton, the other Alfa Romeo of Antonio Giovinazzi and Haas’ Romain Grosjean.
