Road House Report: How Conor McGregor Is ‘40% Responsible’ For 50 Million Amazon Viewership Feat

Conor McGregor not only made UFC his oyster but seems like Hollywood is also in his grasp now. Road House has garnered 50 million Amazon viewers and almost 40% of the credit supposedly goes to ‘The Notorious’, according to Forbes. McGregor keeps hitting new high numbers at every opportunity, be it the highest-paid UFC star of all time or the highest-paid film debutant of all time. But accounting for 40% of a movie’s success is a whole new level of stardom, even for this Irishman.

In a recent Forbes report, it was revealed that Road House managed to acquire 50 million views worldwide on Amazon Prime Video. This is also just over the first two weeks on the streaming platform which means this movie is the highest-watched produced film debut and McGregor has a part in it because his posts garnered a whopping 39.4% of the engagements!

Brian Mazique of Forbes spoke to the representatives of the social media firm ListenFirst and they provided data on why McGregor is the biggest reason for the success of the move. He wrote, “They provided some staggering numbers that prove McGregor’s social media presence was a significant component in driving engagement and awareness around the remake.”

As per ListenFirst, Road House earned 11,349,331 engagements across 412 posts from March 8th to 31st. McGregor published 30 of those posts, and his posts were the ones that had the highest volume of engagement and viewership. Meanwhile, let’s see how much ‘The Notorious’ earned from his first movie debut.

Conor McGregor’s earnings from his debut film

He has got a substantial paycheck for his role as Knox in the movie. In a now-deleted post from X, McGregor claimed to be the highest-paid debut actor of all time. Despite earning a huge net worth of $200 million through his successful UFC career and subsequent business ventures, he has considered acting as his new challenge.

The exact amount is still not known but estimated earnings are above $5 million or more which reflects his star power in and out of the octagon. McGregor’s inclusion in the movie marks a huge moment in his career and just adds a new feather to his cap.
