Earlier today, the Scuderia Ferrari team revealed their 2019 car and livery, the SF-90. One physical difference between the car and its predecessor is the livery itself. This year, the Italian team opted for a matte red finish with parts of the car in black.

According to newly appointed team principal, Mattia Binotto, “The opaque color is due to technical reasons as the car is lighter and even if it’s hundreds of grams, it can affect. We want to win, we want to enjoy, we want to enjoy by winning.”
