The bezel has 32 baguette-ut sapphires as hour-markers, and the dial has 12 baguette-cut sapphires as hour markers.

The market price of this rare watch is $700,000, and they discontinue the piece from production. They made it for very few important customers. Patek Philippe is making watches for around 180 years now. The company makes a limited number of watches for specific models. As a result of this, the watches are extremely expensive.
