Al Nassr’s rivals are in a troublesome predicament after their previous league fixture. They are held accountable for the actions of their supporters, who targeted Cristiano Ronaldo and harmed his teammate during the game. The Jeddah-based club was slapped with a five-figure financial penalty by the league. This was for violating disciplinary rules by the actions of their fans during the match against Al Alami.

Meanwhile, Al Alami continues to deliver illustrious performances, even with the absence of CR7. Most recently, Al Nassr secured a remarkable victory in their inaugural fixture of the Kings Cup. From the looks of it, times seems to be quite pleasant for the soccer legend’s team.

The disciplinary committee of SPL imposed a $26,000 fine on Al Ahli due to the behavior of their crowd. The away fans tossed 6 water cans and 3 tools towards the Al Alami players while they celebrated the goals on the sidelines. The outrage towards the opposing team is frequent from the supporters. However, the committee officials duly noticed the nuisance the fans caused during the game.

The traveling fans threw bottles and objects toward Cristiano Ronaldo when he celebrated after his brace. Notably, Anderson Talisca implored them to cease throwing dangerous tools, but the fans continued their actions leading to his injury.

The Knights of Najd beat Ohod 5-1 in their King’s Cup knockout match. Ronaldo’s side secured eight consecutive victories in all competitions, including five wins in the Saudi Pro League. Ronnie was given a break in this game due to fatigue from playing multiple matches in the recent schedule. However, Luis Castro’s men never made his absence noticeable following their dominance against the Saudi Division 1 side.

Sadio Mane netted the opening goal for CR7’s side via a penalty kick in the first half of the game. Ohod’s Konrad Michalak managed to score an equalizer after the momentary lapse by Al Nassr. Al Alami was dominant in the second half, which was reflected in the scoreline. Players, including Talisca, Fofana, Ayman Ahmed, and Sami Al-Najei scored the goals to qualify for the next round. Consequently, fans hope that Al Nassr maintains their winning streak as they go up against Al Tai in the SPL on September 29.
