Just after the release of the famous diss track in January, Renaud criticized Shakira through her social media. “What a shame that a mother wants to crush the father of her children,” she wrote on her Instagram stories. Renaud further added, “Children must take precedence over the ego”.

Fortunately, Shakira’s mother has now been released from the hospital. On the other hand, her father appears to be stable, albeit with occasional visits to the hospital. It is clear the 46-year-old is not having the best time of her life as she even broke down recently while talking to a fan.
