In response to that Karpova posted, “You’re sc*m, you’re sc**ndrels, you’re the ones who committed the genocide, you’re the ones who must be tried”. She continued, “You’re not just ‘toxic’, you are f****** fascists who have long had no place in today’s world, and I hope you’ll get what you deserve, because good always triumphs over evil”.

What else has Karpova said about the war?

One of the other times Karpova spoke out was in October. However, Karpova urged people to not join the army. She posted, “If you don’t want to fertilize the land, don’t go to the military registration and enlistment offices, it’s not just ‘they call me—I’ll go.’ You will be sent to [commit] crime. In Ukraine, there are people like us—and you will go to kill them?”

The war has basically caused a domino effect in different industries. In soccer, Russia is now not participating in international competitions. Manchester United immediately terminated their £40 million agreement with the Russian airline Aeroflot.
