One of the most unpredictable supporters of Shakira turned out to be the wife of Lionel Messi.

Shakira talked about her motivation for the track

In a talk with Hola, Colombian pop star Shakira discussed her motivation behind the controversial song. It wasn’t the first time she talked about the breakup, but it was the most aggressive one. Before the track, Shakira took a couple of swipes at Pique in her Instagram posts. Time and again, she also talked about how hard it was for her to deal with the breakup.

While talking about how her eldest son, Milan, motivated her to make the song. She said, “He [Milan] told me, mommy, you have to do something with Bizarrap. He is the Argentine God. I’m ready for the next round, let life come and show me what else there is. I feel very creative. It’s an incredible outlet that makes sense of everything.”
