After concluding an utterly dominant season, Wrexham AFC players are having the time of their lives, celebrating in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, coach Phil Parkinson is busy planning the upcoming season. The transfer window is approaching, and the management is doing its best to strengthen this goliath of a soccer team.

While they most probably will not even think about the offense of the team, they might look to explore new options for midfield and back line. The offense of the team looks in very safe hands with names like Ollie Palmer and Paul Mullin sending the entire league’s defenders into a frenzy.

Wrexham eying a former United prospect

If reports are to be believed, Wrexham is strongly considering signing USA-born former Manchester United defender Matt Olosunde. The 25-year-old defender is out of contract and might be a good catch for the club. Olosunde also has one USMNT senior appearance under his belt.

Developed in the Manchester United camp in his youth days, the youngster can bring new flexibility to the Red Dragons bench, if not the starting lineup. Although, these are just rumors and there are no official signs of any planning being done to shuffle the roaster.
