Neymar‘s decision to join the Saudi Pro League shocked the world. The Brazilian decided to leave PSG after spending six years at the French club. He decided to join forces with Saudi giants, Al-Hilal. The former Barcelona forward will earn an astonishing $300 million yearly at the club. Neymar has always caught the media’s attention with his flair, vision, technique, etc. But recently, the Brazilian has captured the limelight for peculiar reasons. Rumors have been circulating concerning Neymar and his Al-Hilal manager.

Despite the former PSG star having a superb career, many believe the Brazilian never fulfilled his potential. People popularly refer to Neymar as “the prince that never became king.” Now, moving to the Saudi League, Neymar will be looking to show his class and help Al-Hilal claim the league title. The Brazilian will be looking to put aside his off-field problems for his new club. But after fake news spreading across the internet, the Al- Hilal forward finally responded to the critics.  

Neymar responds to the reports, claiming the sacking of his manager.

The former Santos forward replies to the allegations as “lies” and “fake news,” calling the claims “disrespectful“. The Brazilian used his Instagram to deny these false allegations. He responded to the post, spreading the rumor. He wrote, ‘Lies… Y’all got to stop believing these things, pages like this… with millions of followers, you can’t keep posting fake news! With all due respect in the world, I ask you to stop this. This is a lot of disrespect.’

The club has reappointed Jorge Jesus after leading the club to the Saudi League Cup victory in 2018-19. Despite the rumors circulating, Neymar hopes to perform well under his manager. The Brazilian has missed some games through injury but has registered two assists for the club. Al-Hilal has started the season impressively. They are now the only club in the league which is undefeated. However, Al-Ittihad leads the table by only a single point.

Neymar’s lucrative contract with Al-Hilal

Neymar will earn a fortune with Al-Hilal. The Brazilian will earn around $87,000 for every game he features and his side wins. He will earn about $543,200 for every social media post where he promotes Saudi Arabia. Not only money, Neymar has also been offered luxurious cars such as a Bentley Continental GP, an Aston Martin DBX, and a Lamborghini Huracan.

The club has offered the Brazilian star a private jet as well. Neymar has also been given a mansion with 25 rooms. The villa will have a staff to prevent discomfort for the superstar and his family. It will also include a 40-metre-long swimming pool. With all the money and drama surrounding the Brazilian star, will he guide his side to become the champions?
