There has been a lot of speculations surrounding Luis Suarez‘s future in the past few weeks. Multiple media outlets believe the player is close to signing a deal with MLS side Inter Miami. However, El Pistolero has kept a tight lip on the matter as he has yet to say anything about his decision. However, according to a recent report, the player is set to sign with Inter Miami and could make his debut on the 19th of January alongside Lionel Messi, who’s expected to be available for the fixture.

In a recent interview, Suarez commented on the possibility of joining Inter Miami, while commenting on his recent conversation with La Pulga. While the two players have been in constant contact, Suarez has claimed that the two haven’t talked even once when it comes to a move to the United States.

The Uruguayan striker has been the talk of the town before the upcoming transfer window. Fans are keen to know about the player’s next move, with many expecting Suarez to move to Inter Miami to reunite alongside former teammate Lionel Messi.

According to reports, “Everything indicates that the footballer, Luis Suárez, will be part of Inter Miami and that he could play the match on January 19 at the Cuscatlán stadium, where Lionel Messi will also appear.”

The report further stated, “The Uruguayan striker said goodbye to the fans of the Brazilian Gremio and gained more strength than the version that he will sign with Inter Miami, where there are also other former teammates such as Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets, former Barcelona.”

In a recent interview with Clank!, Suarez commented on his recent conversations with Lionel Messi, claiming the two had not discussed a potential move to Inter Miami. Suarez ended his stint with Gremio this season and is currently a free agent.

El Pistolero speaks on a move to Inter Miami

While fans have been speculating on El Pistolero’s next move, the player might have already given them a hint. In a recent interview, the striker stated he has been in contact with the club, but the two parties have yet to come to an agreement with the David Beckham-owned franchise.

Suarez stated, “I spoke to my lawyer, and we talked about a couple of things, and we agreed to continue talking next week. Hopefully, there will be a possibility, but at the moment, I didn’t even speak to Leo a week ago, and he spoke to me last week when the championship ended.”
