Manchester City’s impressive 3-1 victory against Manchester United at the Etihad on Sunday bolstered their hopes of securing the Premier League title, marking their 17th win in an impressive 19-game unbeaten streak across all competitions. The Citizens have maintained an unbeaten record in all five of their previous encounters with the Danish outfit.

A win against Copenhagen would position City as the third team in UCL history to achieve at least 10 consecutive wins in the tournament, following in the footsteps of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. On the contrary, Copenhagen is coming off a 2-0 defeat against Midtjylland. Nonetheless, they aspire to make history, having never secured an away victory against an English side in a European competition.
