Following the departure of Ilkay Gundogan to Barcelona, on a free transfer. Manchester City would love to keep Bernardo Silva in their ranks for another season. However, the midfielder has been linked with Barcelona for a while now and could reportedly move to the club, snubbing PSG in the process.

While Barcelona are currently struggling to adjust their wage bill, the team could make a move for the midfielder. With PSG in negotiation with Barcelona over the transfer of Frenchman Ousmane Dembele, a move would allow Barcelona to secure the services of Bernardo Silva.
