After winning the promotion with Wrexham, Reynolds and McElhenney are trying out new things. The owners recently signed up for a unique friendly tournament that is happening in the United States. Both were in contention to make their debut as players in the seven-aside tournament.

While the actors couldn’t fulfill their debut, the team responded well without them, as they managed to perform significantly well. However, they crashed out of the competition after losing 4-3 against Conrad & Beasly United. However, they are not upset about losing out on silverware; rather, they have missed out on winning the $1 million prize.
