As has always been the case with fourth kits, Man City’s leaked kit is also a classic case of soccer meets fashion.

Fourth kits are a relatively recent phenomenon. At times, certain leagues won’t allow teams to use their fourth kits. However, since trendy designs characterize these kits, clubs often use them exclusively for sale among fanbases.

All to know about Manchester City’s leaked fourth kit

Manchester City’s wardrobe already has a graphic-heavy third kit, unlike the solid and simple home and second kits. It comes with the graphics of blue lightning on a black backdrop. Now, as per Footy Headlines, the Cityzens will add a fourth away kit with a multi-colored pattern. The top right shoulder portion and half of the torso are black in the leaked jersey. The sleeves, the bottom half of the torso, and the team crest-bearing portion of the jersey feature a pattern that includes pink, gold, and blue colors.

The club’s crest, the name of their sponsor- Etihad Airways, and Puma’s logo are all in sky blue color. It is quite interesting to note that Puma has retained an element of Manchester City’s original color in this pattern-rich fourth kit. As per Footy Headlines, the club will release the kit in March or early April. It is yet to be learned if the Manchester-based outfit has collaborated with a fashion designer to launch this new jersey. Besides this multi-colored kit, Manchester City has yet another array of impressive kits in their pipeline for the 2024/25 season.

If the world around is going retro lately, can Manchester City be far behind? As per prior rumors, Manchester City will bring back their iconic 1998-99 away kit for the 2024/25 season. The kit is a classic, from a sporting and fashion perspective. It features fluorescent and black stripes with minute sky-blue linings.
