It was due to the whole squad that the Red Dragons were able to achieve the historic promotion. The club has become a second home for the actors. In fact, the owners and their families have built quite a bond with each other. Recently, Reynolds joked about how one of his players greets his wife without a shirt.

In a recent podcast with Fearless in Devotion, Reynolds, and McElhenney sat down for an interview to give some excruciating details. Hence, during the podcast, they were asked who loved to be around the cameras and enjoyed the limelight the most. Reynolds instantly answered the question by taking Ollie Palmer’s name.

Although his buddy McElhenney denied it by saying, “By far not even close,” the Deadpool actor supported his answer with a backstory. “Every time we’ve come as a family and stuff, we’ll walk down to the locker room and Ollie will always be the first guy that walks out of that dressing room completely shirtless to have a conversation with my wife.”

However, amidst the celebrations, Reynolds humorously shifted his attention elsewhere. He shared an Instagram story featuring a picture of his mother and Ollie Palmer together. And below it, he wrote a peculiar caption.

He wrote, “@olliep9_ making all my mom’s dreams come true. #StepDad.” However, this wasn’t the only time he made the bizarre but hilarious stepdad joke, as he once did the same thing with the club’s captain, Ben Tozer. And certainly, this shows the level of friendship Palmer has with Reynolds.
