“They Robbed My House” – ‘Came to Kidnap’ Neymar’s Daughter, Thieves Held His In-Laws Hostage as Bruna Biancardi Provides Update

In the early hours of Tuesday morning, armed burglars raided the house of Bruna Biancardi, girlfriend and mother of the newborn daughter of Al Hilal forward Neymar. The mother and baby are safe and were not at home when the incident happened. Bruna Biancardi lives in a condominium in Cotia, Greater Sao Paulo.

However, the parents of the model and social media influencer were at home. In a social media update shared by Bruna herself, she gave details about the incident.

Bruna Biancardi took to her Instagram to post an update about the entire episode. She wrote, “Coming by to assure friends, family, and you who follow me here. This early morning, they robbed my house and took my parents hostage. Me, Mavie, and my sister are not living there anymore, and were not at the moment.”

Three burglars were involved in the incident according to local authorities. A statement issued by the Sao Paulo Department of Public Security said: “According to reports, three armed men allegedly entered the residence and overpowered the 50-year-old and 52-year-old victims. The suspects stole purses, watches, and jewelry. A 20-year-old man was arrested in the act. The second perpetrator has already been identified and efforts are underway to identify the third, as well as arrest them.”

Later, an update from Biancardi stated, “Material things are recovered, the important thing is that everyone is OK and that the people involved are being found.”

However, certain sections of the media reported the news as an attempt to kidnap the one-month-old baby of Neymar and Bruna, Mavie along with Bruna. This did not go down well with Neymar’s sister-in-law.

Neymar’s sister-in-law and Bruna Biancardi’s sister, Bianca, took to her social media handle and wrote that the reports about Mavie and Bruna being targets of the abduction were a lie. She wrote as part of her message, “Fake news is a crime and you don’t have the decency to do an investigative job. Disgusting! Wait for the lawsuits,”. More details are awaited about these allegations.

Rumors of a breakup between Neymar and Bruna Biancardi have been also doing the rounds for some time. At the time of filing this report, Neymar had not commented on the incident. He is in Saudi Arabia and playing for Al-Hilal. However, he is unlikely to take any more part after suffering an injury to his left knee last month.
