VIDEO: Hundreds of Fans Flock Outside Soccer Legend Pele’s Hospital in a Heartwarming Moment

A few days ago, news came to light about the current health condition of Brazilian soccer legend Pele. Pele was receiving palliative care after chemotherapy treatment for colon cancer stopped working. He went to the hospital last week to have the treatment reevaluated, although the doctor diagnosed him with respiratory infections. Looking at his results, they also confirmed that the chemotherapy Pele was receiving had stopped affecting and giving desired results.
Doctors had decided to just focus the treatment on the symptoms of infections Pele had reported earlier. Many soccer stars had gone to Twitter to show their support and pray for the legend. Now his fans are joining hands to hope for his recovery.

Pele has an unmatched reputation in Brazil, where soccer fans worship him for his skills and achievements. He played for the national team of Brazil from 1957 to 1971. He scored 77 goals in 92 appearances. Pele has also carried his nation to two World Cup wins, in 1962 and 1970. He is one of the greatest players ever to grace the sport. He is renowned for his ability to read his opponents, making opportunities and converting them with high efficiency.
Fans joined hands for the health of Pele
According to a Brazilian news report, fans formed a circle, lit candles, held hands, and prayed outside the hospital of Pele. A round of applause then followed.
One of the fans, while talking to the press, said, “We are here with spiritual strength so that, in this very difficult moment that the King is going through, he can rise up with more strength…”. According to the doctors, Pele is responding well to the treatment of the respiratory infection.
