Lewis Hamilton took a record 5th victory at Budapest, Hungary as his championship rival finished closely behind in second. With this record win, Hamilton takes championship lead of 6 points for the first time this season cutting down on Rosberg’s early run of form.

Daniel Ricciardo took a fantastic third by initially failing to undercut the Mercs but managing to hold off a charging Sebastian Vettel who finished a difficult weekend for Ferrari in fourth.
