His routine included 14 exercises with a minimum of three repetitions each. ​Lee’s exercises included squats, French presses, incline curls, push-ups, and more. It is reported that Bruce Lee performed three sets of squats ten times while holding a weight of 95 pounds. Fans flocked to the comment section to express their amusement after witnessing the details in the viral social media post.
