Andrew Tate could have traded blows with the KSI or the Paul brothers last year. The controversial influencer was in talks with other internet stars to meet them in the ring as the idea of celebrity matches was gaining traction. Before the details could be chalked out, the negotiations broke off.

Tate, who rose to fame for stirring views on masculinity and gender, also had ample success as a fighter. Despite being a former world champion kickboxer, he left the sport due to the lack of money-minting opportunities. The 36-year-old then turned his attention elsewhere. However, he is always raring to go blow-for-blow and believes his faceoff with Jake Paul in late 2022 in Dubai could have materialized in the boxing ring.

Tate, in a recent interview, addressed his faceoff with ‘The Problem Child’. After appreciating the idea of “duels” between celebrities, he revealed he had some big fights offered in November. But his arrest pulled the plug on the negotiations. That didn’t stop him from taking a jibe at KSI and the WWE star.

He said, “KSI is an idiot. Logan [Paul] is an idiot. Jake [Paul] is actually quite a nice guy… I wanted to jump back in there and teach them all a lesson. There were some big fights on the cards for me being organized in November.”

The Big Brother star was ready to go toe-to-toe with fellow influencers in the square ring. But he also decided to check the resolve of the promoters as he asked for some millions upfront. While he expected them to revert with a no, that didn’t happen.

Tate stated, “I said to them ‘Look, I don’t give a sh*t about pay-per-view and gate tickets, I want x-amount of million upfront’. I expected them to say no, but they didn’t, I was like, ‘That’s a lot of money!’ So it was all organized, and then I went to jail.”

Tate first teased a showdown with the younger of the Paul brothers on social media. However, this was not always the case, as once Paul even failed to acknowledge Tate as a tough opponent. While the elder of the Paul brothers is currently under contract with WWE, he hasn’t fought inside the boxing ring since 2021. On the other hand, KSI is hotly pursuing his boxing career.

However, any potential match between them might be off the table for a long as Tate faces some grave charges, along with his brother. The allegations include charges of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.
