But, Francis Ngannou and Tyson Fury‘s fight differ in that they will fight each other in a professional boxing match, as opposed to an exhibition. And Mayweather had already declared that his real boxing career was over months before the bout. While Fury is still an active champion. John Fury’s reaction to Francis Ngannou’s open workout

In a short clip, the elder Fury seemed dismayed at just how awful Ngannou looked hitting the pads in the open workout. John hoped that ‘The Predator’ was deliberately putting on a bad display at the workout to lull Tyson into a false sense of security.

He did not give Ngannou any chance if that is what he brought to fight his historically great son. He predicted a quick knockout for Ngannou and thought the skill difference was “embarrassing”. “I hope that’s a joke… If that’s what he’s got, God help him, he’ll get smashed to bits. That’s embarrassing. It’s a disgrace,” John Fury said.

Mike Tyson appointed Francis Ngannou’s trainer for Fury fight

Francis Ngannou will fight Tyson Fury in a ten-round boxing match under the Queensberry rules, complete with three ring-side judges to score each round. To train for his boxing debut against the boxing champion, Ngannou has enlisted the help of none other than Mike Tyson. And Tyson, who has good relations with both men, is all in on Francis.

While the open workout does not look good for Francis’ chances in the fight, it is important to remember that Ngannou will stand in the pocket and take a few from Fury for a chance to hit ‘The Gypsy King’. And with Ngannou’s objectively lethal power, one punch is all it might take to end the fight. Who do you think will win the fight? Let us know in the comments.
