The ‘Mighty Mouse’ started the conversation with his declaration of obsession with gaming. Johnson confessed that because of Twitch, the G.O.A.T. was able to monetize his obsession. However, the American made the switch to YouTube due to “Twitch bullsh*t”.

This piqued the interest of the former Fear Factor host who inquired his guest about the same. Following this, the 36-year-old fighter detailed his struggles with growth in his Twitch channel. However, the MMA fighter pointed out that girls used the platform in a different way with “hot tub streams”.

Thus, he said, “I, hey, I ain’t hating on them. I’m happy. They were able to capitalize.”

Later, the podcast team showed the UFC commentator Twitch’s hot tub streams on the screen. Rogan expressed his surprise at this and thus stated, “That’s a whole channel… I didn’t know that existed.”
Subsequently, the famed podcaster checked another profile, and this led the podcast team to explain that she was the top female streamer.

The streamer in question was Amouranth. Significantly, the famous streamer has 6 million followers on Twitch.
Demetrious Johnson, who was well aware of the popularity of the streamer, exclaimed, “Yeah, she is f*****g killing it. F******g kills it.” Subsequently, the podcast team also pointed out that Amouranth earned almost two million dollars a month.

When the podcast team repeated the same figure upon Rogan’s question, the famous podcaster had only one word in his store: “WOW“.

The American fighter attracted the attention of the host to a pop-up ad that had appeared on Amouranth’s profile. Further, the 31-4-1 record holder declared, “But she doesn’t dictate what this ad is. She has no say whatsoever.”

However, the 55-year-old commentator remained interested and said, “Yeah, but for a couple million dollars a month, bet she doesn’t give a f*ck.”
Furthermore, the MMA fighter continued and mentioned that Twitch’s decision to add poker on the platform proved the last straw for the fighter. Hence, the culmination of these factors led him to switch to YouTube.
