This old tweet from NASCAR Analyst Dale Earnhardt Jr must get UFC president Dana White all bothered. This tweet mentioned a possible trilogy bout between UFC greats, Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor after their second face-off. The third fight was heavily rumored at the time, but there’s still no news on the two titans facing each other, even after 6 years.

However, Dale Earnhardt Jr said “@NateDiaz209 didn’t lose that fight. Mighta been a draw but the money for new owners and everyone else is in match 3. #UFC202”

Claiming that the match might’ve ended in a disappointing draw for neutrals. The MMA community shared a similar opinion and wanted to see a definitive third bout between Mystic Mac and El Diablo. This fight would supposedly bring closure to fans of both camps.

But, since Nate Diaz’s exit from the UFC, this fight seems to be harder than ever to manifest anytime soon.
