Shaq is back! After making waves among fans for his alleged upcoming music album – thanks to a recent Instagram story, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal has stirred a new frenzy among fans. In a recent turn of events, the basketball icon joined fans in taking a dig at the “worst fixed fight in boxing history.” It all started when Shaq reposted a clip featuring the Jorge Kahwagi vs Ramon Olivas fight. Though originally uploaded to Instagram by ‘zaviorrozco74’ – seems like Shaq stumbled upon the clip and couldn’t resist sharing it with his fans.

With the attention it has garnered, combat sports fans around the world are joining in on the banter and amazement caused by the viral clip. Whether it’s slow-motion punches or “implant muscles”, this clip has left its mark on the internet and earned its place in the pantheon of unforgettable sporting moments.

Shaq took to his Instagram to repost the viral clip to his story. The viral video presents a Cruiserweight bout between Jorge Kahwagi and Ramon Olivas. Back in July 2015, the Mexican celebrity-politician Kahwagi stepped into the ring to square off against Ramon Olivas. Olivas – a pro boxer from Mexico, seemed to be out of his game! The fighters awkwardly threw slow punches for 57 seconds, strongly suggesting a fixed outcome.

After the match, fans were pretty upset with the ‘fiasco’ and many called out the behind-the-scenes fixing of the match. With a new ripple to stir things up, it’s certain that fans were in for yet another flurry of responses.

The fan reactions to the video were nothing short of hilarious and bewildering. The general sentiment among the reactions seemed to be one of disbelief and amusement.

One fan was simply stunned at the hilarious spectacle, exclaimed, “Wtf was that lol”

Another netizen remarked mockingly, “He throws punches in slow motion.”(referring to Olivas).

One user even questioned the authenticity of the bout, adding, “Thought it was AI for fixed boxing ha.”

What’s more – Jorge Kahwagi, one of the boxers in the video, received his fair share of attention. One fan humorously referred to him as “the godfather,”                  commenting, “Jorge Kahwagi … the godfather of these YouTuber fighters 😂😂”

The physical appearance of Kahwagi also caught the attention of the fans, urging one user to ask, “Does that dude have implant muscles? 💀”

Further adding an element of irony, one fan jokingly remarked, “Legend has it, no heavyweight wanted any of his smoke.”

While the fans’ reactions were undoubtedly entertaining, some took the opportunity to compare the video to other infamous boxing matches. One user cited the Deontay Wilder vs. Malik Scott fight, stating, “Nah @bronzebomber v Scott was war worse.”
