In episode, #1126 of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the beloved host, was joined by stand-up comedian Erik Griffin. Griffin gave his take on popular celebrities, such as Justin Bieber, getting used to ordering people around and taking people for granted.

Joe Rogan stated his theory about what overwhelming fame does. He said, “that level of Fame… is overwhelming…” and added, “People grabbing at you all the time…”. This causes them to “develop this d*** thing just to keep people, the f*ck away from you.”

He thought famous personalities such as Michael Jordan or Justin Bieber behave rudely just to get across public situations. Griffin recollects his experience with the teenage sensation and said, “I’ve been around Bieber.” The podcast host got curious, to know how the young celebrity behaved when the cameras are off.

Further, Rogan inquired, “yeah what’s it like?” to be with Bieber at a party.

Griffin answered “he’s never alone because… he’s always got somebody there.” and added, “I don’t think he trusts anyone.”

He added that Bieber spent most of his time ordering his assistants and workers like “’Hey get me a water’ or ‘Get the car’”, Griffin revealed.

Both were guests at a party, but the pop star just casually demanded the much older comedian get him a drink. “He just looks at me. He says ‘Hey can you get me a … can you get me a vodka?”

The comedian complied with the star’s request at the moment but regretted it later. He thought to himself, “I gave it to him and thought I should’ve said no…”

Erik Griffin didn’t appreciate how Justin Bieber treated him, despite being an older man and a guest at the party.
