While the UFC has acquired several promotions over the years, there are some who could dethrone it as the top promotion.

Recently, White’s close friend and former MLB star, Alex Rodriguez, decided to invest a massive sum to aid PFL (Professional Fighting League). The young promotion received a hefty investment of $30 million from ‘A-Rod’ and has earned him a spot as a board member. It is also being stated that the company’s net worth has reached $500 million, which is also equivalent to Dana White’s net worth.

The news will definitely impact the UFC President, but it might not spoil his relationship with ‘A-Rod’. According to Bleacherreport, Rodriguez once aided White in dealing with Meniere’s disease. This illness causes episodes of vertigo, which can cause dizziness and can make the patient feel lightheaded.

This issue often arises due to the patient suffering blows to the head, which White could have suffered in the early days as a boxing coach. White narrated how ‘A-Rod’ told him about a procedure called Orthokine that takes place in Germany. This process involves manipulating the patient’s blood and then re-injecting it as an anti-inflammatory drug.
