If you were a world-renowned celebrity, how would you celebrate your birthday? Surely, the special day will involve a birthday bash and a few festivities. The party will be even more splendid if you are Joe Rogan, except the idea doesn’t appeal to the UFC color commentator anymore. His social media handles tell a similar story. Do his birthdays have no flair?
The famed podcaster recently turned 56 this Friday. He has spent his life juggling multiple professions and chasing dreams. The fans have seen him on the UFC commentators’ desk, on his popular podcast, and cracking jokes on a stage. As more success followed him, the idea of taking out time to celebrate his birthday became alien to him. But what if he forgets to wish a loved one a happy birthday due to the nature of his work?

Joe Rogan and his oddity with birthdays
The color commentator once opened up about his thoughts on birthdays on Ep. #1876 of JRE when he sat down with Greg Fitzsimmons. In one segment, he narrated what would go down if one of his friends got at him for forgetting his birthday. Instead of admitting his mistake, the host had unusual advice in store for his hypothetical friend.

He said, “If there is a buddy, and he gets mad that I didn’t wish him happy birthday, we are not talking anymore. You need to go to a doctor. Whatever is really bothering you. Are we men? I mean, are we men? What the f*ck are you talking about.”
The host agreed with Rogan and chimed in with his opinion. He pointed out, “How underappreciated do you feel that you need us all to say happy birthday to you?”
The UFC star closed the conversation as he announced, “Get the f*ck out of here with your birthday.” These comments have gone viral as the $120 million worth of Rogan celebrated his birthday without a buzz. However, it doesn’t mean his birthdays are without flair and amusing wishes.
