Mike Perry is happy to volunteer to replace Mike Tyson in the Jake Paul fight. The recent winner at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship fight is ready to replace Mike Tyson for the July 20 bout. Perry was already a backup fighter for the fight that Jake Paul and Tommy Fury had in the past and he again looks eager to match up against the YouTuber and boxer for the latest fight.

He expressed his enthusiasm via his X account and directly tagged ‘Iron’ Mike. He was ready to assist his namesake and boxing champion in his fight with Jake Paul.

Tyson is already preparing to take on ‘The Problem Child’ for an unspecified number of rounds which are going to last for two minutes instead of three. The 57-year-old is already training hard for it, and there is a large group of veterans who believe that he is going to defeat the young boxer. The duo is also apparently going to use 16-ounce gloves rather than the usual 10-ounce gloves to fight.

The 30-year age gap has already astounded the fighting world, yet Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul is on the cards. With the recent win that Perry had against Thiago Alves at BKFC, he is confident that he can defeat Jake Paul. The fighter gave the prospect of being Tyson’s replacement in the fight, and wrote on X, “You ain’t really tryna do it @MikeTyson I can handle your light work for you, I’ll pull up to the @netflix card. Lmk.”

BKFC King of Violence champion Mike Perry idealizes his namesake. ‘Platinum’ sat down with TMZ Sports before his fight with Alves and talked about his dream opponent. He said, “Jake Paul, man… If he hurts Mike Tyson, bro, let me get that, bro.” Perry seemed to be up and ready to protect his idol and was concerned about the fight since Tyson was way past his prime. However, there are two categories of people; one group thinks that Tyson can defeat Jake Paul because of his immense experience and legendary performance, and the other group is concerned because of Tyson’s age and medical complications.

All in all, Perry is ready to take Tyson‘s place at any moment and defeat Jake Paul. Who do you think is going to win the fight in Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul? Let us know in the comment section.
