In a recent interview with TNT Sports, Arman Tsarukyan addressed one of the most anticipated questions in the lightweight division: who does he want to fight next, considering if he beats Islam Makhachev for the lightweight title? Tsarukyan, ever confident, said, “Of course, I’m down for everybody. Charles Oliveira is one of the best in our division. I feel like Islam, Oliveira, and me are the top three in the lightweight division right now because Charles has beaten everyone in the top 15.”

He went on to praise both Makhachev and Oliveira, adding, “But when I become champion, I’d like to defend my title against Charles because our first fight was pretty close, and a lot of people think it was close. I’d like to finish him this time.”

In a recent interview with TNT Sports, Tsarukyan shared an exciting update about his next fight: “My manager said I’m going to fight for the title at the beginning of next year. I’m so excited, and hopefully, after this event, they’re going to announce it officially. They’ve already told me the place and the date, but right now, only we and the UFC staff know. I think within one week, it’s going to be official.”

Although no official announcement has been made yet, Tsarukyan’s manager, Sayat Abdrakhmanov, believes that the fight is inevitable. He stated that they were just waiting for the official confirmation from the UFC.
