Sean Strickland recently took to his Instagram account to share one of his famous car-talk videos. Except this time, it was something more personal and vulnerable. The UFC star bared his soul about having a rough few weeks and then similar months in recent history.

“Man all week, I’ve been, I’ve been f*cked up dude.” He said in the video. “I’ve been, I’ve been on the Twitter saying crazy sh*t just just f*cking spiraling. I woke up and I told my girl, I was like ‘Babe I feel like, feel like I’m a danger to people. Like I don’t feel like I should be out in the world’ you know. . . I’ve been going through some sh*t. I’m fine, I’ll be fine, I’m gonna go train right now, trying to hurt all my friends and all the demons will go away.”

I lost last week. . .” In the caption he reminded his fans that they’re not alone too and later on, he posted another one talking about having trained with his teammates and the caption to that video said, “Mental clarity for a little bit lol!!!”

Sean Strickland has clearly been through things and his way of dealing with it is sparring in a cage. However, he has many that care about him including his many friends, MMA professionals, and of course, his loving girlfriend who knows just what to do.

As soon as Sean Strickland uploaded the gut-wrenching confession video, comments of support began appearing in the comment section. One of them was from UFC pro Johnny Walker who invited ‘Tarzan’ to take some medicinal support with him to make him feel better.

He also had the man often touted as the Bare Knuckle king, Mike Perry asking him to try a different approach. Perry urged Strickland to perhaps not spar so much and work only on strength and conditioning for a while. This, of course, is because Strickland is infamous for sparring every single day and not doing more of the other two.
