Every UFC fan seems to be excited about Conor McGregor versus Michael Chandler in UFC 303. The fight between the two veterans who were on hiatus for more than one year is the main event. However, it seems like some more fights have been added to this card and fans are not happy about it. Some additional bouts will take place alongside the main card, which is going to conclude International Fight Week in 2024.

Joe Pyfer, a middleweight prospect, will be taking on Marc-André Barriault of Canada. Along with that, Macy Chiasson vs Mayra Bueno Silva is also on the card. However, this announcement did not impress the fans at all, as they started commenting on the Twitter post.

Mayra Bueno Silva and veteran Macy Chiasson are going to fight it out in the Bantamweight category. UFC 303 is going to be headlined by Connor McGregor and Michael Chandler. However, it is also going to see other bouts happen on the same day. This is going to mark the first bout for Bueno Silva (10-3-1 MMA, 5-3-1 UFC) after she lost to Raquel Pennington. Chiasson (10-3 MMA, 7-3 UFC) had defeated Pannie Kianzad in her last fight, which also gave her a $50,000 bonus for the performance of the night.

Though new bouts are being added, Conor McGregor vs Michael Chandler remains the highlight of UFC 303. The three-time Bellator lightweight champion also shared his tactics on how he would defeat the former two-weight class champion. On the other hand, McGregor is confident he can defeat his opponent even after his shin operation after the last fight.

While the fans are eagerly waiting to see the two legends go one-on-one against each other, they did not show the same enthusiasm for the Macy Chiasson vs Mayra Bueno card.

Fans are disappointed by the latest fight introduced in UFC 303

UFC buffs do not seem happy with the new fighting card that has been introduced in the women’s Bantamweight for UFC 303, which will take place on June 29. Many fans commented on the post that was uploaded on X. One fan even declared this fight as garbage and said, “Putting this garbage on international fight week is crazy but I guess this was booked so those in attendance could have a good bathroom break or time to get food/drinks for the next fight.” Another UFC fan stated that this fight would not be watched by anyone and everyone would be busy for a beer break. They said, “Perfect time to go for a beer run.”

One UFC follower vehemently declared, “I will NOT be watching,” while another social media user said that it was going to be, “So boring.” After a lot of back-and-forth and waiting, the fans were finally getting the much-awaited McGregor and Chandler fight, so maybe they did not want to see any other fighting cards introduced on the same day.

One fan has a similar thought about beer sales and said, “Beer sales through the roof at T-Mobile during this fight.” Another follower seemed to be addressing UFC directly, and they wrote, “No one wants to see this dawg.” A viewer believes that this would be a good time for a break, and wrote, “Great time for a bathroom break!”
