Since the announcement of his return at The Ultimate Fighter S31, UFC star Conor McGregor again finds himself at the center of the MMA world. The year 2023 not only ends his much-awaited comeback to the Octagon but also adds the tag of the Hollywood star to his incredible resume. Notably, the ‘Mystic Mac’ gatecrashed ceremonial weigh-ins in Las Vegas after Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane faced off each other for the first time before their eventual bout at UFC 285. The Irishman then took over the stage as he informed the attendees of the shooting of the Hollywood project, Road House.

Following this, the attendees witnessed the second shock as Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal stepped on the scales to shoot a scene of the remake. Markedly, Gyllenhaal donned a shredded physique as he plays a UFC fighter, Elwood Dalton. His co-star, the UFC veteran Jay Hieron, adopted the persona of the fictional UFC champion, Jax Harris. Soon the scene turned out to be a heated one as some sharp words and a slap were exchanged between the two.

The 34-year-old took to his Instagram handle as he shared the snippets from the staged scene of the Hollywood project. Further, he heaped praise on the movie.

Thus, he notified in the caption, “Hollywood gang in the house. Move over, we’re shooting. This the type of vibe myself and director @dougliman and our @roadhousemovie team are on. This movie is iconic! A masterpiece! @roadhousemovie”
