Famed MMA coach John Kavanagh took to Twitter and gave out a suggestion for ‘The Ultimate Fighter’s return to action. The reality show is set for its twenty-ninth season after last being on air back in 2018. TUF 29 will exclusively stream on ESPN+ in March 2021 starring bantamweight and middleweight aspirants looking to make it big.

Conor McGregor’s coach believes that former TUF winner Brad Katona deserves a crack in the latest season as a bantamweight fighter. ‘Superman’ Katona won TUF 27: Undefeated in April 2019 through a series of stand-out wins. John Kavanagh believes that he could possibly make a run towards obtaining a second belt.

He lost his third fight in the UFC to bantamweight mauler Merab Dvalishvili, and yet another loss to Hunter Azure would follow. Surprisingly, the promotion would swiftly release Brad Katona from the roster after he went 2-2 in the company.
