Despite Calling Out Dwayne the Rock Johnson for Steroid Use, Joe Rogan Is Convinced Hugh Jackman’s Insane Wolverine Physique Is Achievable

Joe Rogan is one of the most renowned names in the entire MMA world. The ’55-year-old’ also boasts massive fame in the entertainment industry as well. Rogan is a seasoned comedian, a former TV host, and arguably the most noted podcaster in the entire US.

His podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, has bagged the apex position on Spotify’s list of ‘Top Podcasts’ multiple times. ‘JRE’ has also featured some of the biggest celebrities of the modern era as guests, including SpaceX and Twitter CEO Elon Musk.

On one such episode of JRE, Rogan was joined by the famed fitness entrepreneur and YouTuber, Derek, whose channel is named, ‘More Plates More Dates’. The two discussed scores of issues, including how noted actors like Chris Hemsworth and Hugh Jackman build their awesome physiques.

Rogan laid stresses how the mainstream media is very incompetent to bring up the methods through which movie stars get their awesome physiques. He discussed and took Derek’s opinion about how some movie stars used steroids for body buildup.

A name that came up in this regard was Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. Derek opinionated that ‘The Rock’ must have been on steroids to maintain such a huge physique at even 50 years of age.

Hugh Jackman has received a lot of appreciation from the audience owing to his superb portrayal of ‘The Wolverine’ on screen. Rogan went on to question Derek, “What do you think a guy gets on to get that big? What kind of stuff?”. He further said, “I’ve never got that big. So when you get that big, what are you on?”.

Derek gave his opinion, stating, “Wolverine, I feel his physique was largely low body fat more so than like massive amount of size”. Rogan agreed, Yeah. That’s a good point”.

Following this, a series of Jackman’s jacked-up snaps were presented on the screen. Derek pointed at one and stated, “The most jacked that he has been is that, in that picture, basically. You’re gonna see it in the traps”.

Rogan said,That’s actually achievable”. Their iterations implied that Jackman had managed to keep himself free of steroids to build his physique. Derek further clarified the issue, giving his experience about how actors prepare their physiques within such short spans of time.

‘The More Plates More Dates YouTuber’ stated, “It’s just in the condensed time frame and unique circumstances imposed on these individuals who go in the trap not looking like anything. That’s where it gets unrealistic and they’re just completely transforming in a matter of just 12 weeks”. Both of them carried an evident tone of appreciation for Hugh Jackman for staying ‘clean’.

‘The JRE host’ implied that there was no source to know how to get a jacked-up physique like Hugh Jackman. The production houses preferred “cutting that s**t” out.

They also talked about how Jackman won’t be physically acting in the next Wolverine movie. Rogan revealed, “They’re gonna CGI it”. ‘The former fear Factor host’ stated, “Yeah, he said, he can’t do that anymore”. He also stated, “He’s probably in his 50’s and he’s like I cannot do that psycho”.

Putting up Jackman’s point of view, Derek stated, “It’s like I’m not gonna commit to fu**ing killing myself potentially first of all”. It is a well-known fact that actors have to take a lot of physical pressure to execute superhero movies successfully.

Both Rogan and Derek were also understanding and appreciative of the fact that Hugh Jackman had given his all to entertain the masses through his movies. They respected Jackman’s decision.
