The 55-year-old JRE host and Stahelski engaged in a discussion about dogs in episode #1995 of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Rogan currently owns a golden retriever. He has displayed his love for his dogs multiple times. However, he seemingly couldn’t move one from his older pets.

During the talks about John Wick’s dogs, Rogan stumbled upon mastiffs and asked Jamie Vernon to pull up a few pictures of the breed. The photographs sent the podcaster down memory lane. He recalled that he once owned a mastiff, named Johnny Cash. He further added that the dog lived for about 13 years. Undoubtedly, 13 years is a long time for a breed of dog like a mastiff.
