

After a long wait, Jon Jones finally ended his three-year hiatus with a win over Ciryl Gane at UFC 285. The 35-year-old made quick work of the former interim heavyweight champion in his divisional debut. The consensus GOAT of the UFC finished Gane in the opening minutes via a guillotine choke to secure the win.
While pros and fans are in awe of that dominant performance from Jones, he has now stunned them with his explanation of it. Recently, Jones gave a walkthrough of the finishing sequence that forced Gane to tap. His explanation of the submission has remained fans about the absolute killer that ‘Bones’ is.

The new UFC heavyweight champion gave a vivid description of the finishing sequence from UFC 285. Describing the submission, he said, “I locked it up twice. The first time, I could hear his spine popping. I gave him a nice chiropractic adjustment.”

He continued, “The second time, he didn’t want that same ratchet on his neck., and I put my arm on his neck and choked him out.”
Jones’ words have left the fans dumbfounded. Incidentally, this is not the only time Jones has described a deadly submission vividly.
His infamous win over Lyoto Machida was also a work of art from Jones’ point of view. He choked Machida unconscious with a standing guillotine and walked away victorious from the Brazilian’s limp, unconscious body.
