Cold plunge is an activity that athletes and fighters do nowadays to recover their bodies from the hard workout they go through. It is a method wherein when you fully submerge your body up to your neck in water below 59° Fahrenheit (15° Celsius). This is known to increase your metabolic activity and boost it.

Moreover, the 55-year-old also explains how staying still in the cold creates a thermal layer around your body. So, it’s better to move your body or if the water is circulating to get the full effect. Moreover, Rogan also challenged his daughter’s three 12-year-old friends to do it for a $1000 reward.
