Henry Cejudo Calls Himself ‘Legacy Snatcher’ After Demetrious Johnson’s KO Loss at ONE on TNT

Henry Cejudo, one of the greatest ever UFC fighters. is a former Flyweight and Bantamweight champion. Cejudo won his last fight at UFC 249 against Dominick Cruz. Since then Cejudo has been active in social media and constantly gives his take on various MMA matches.

Recently, MMA legend Demetrious Johnson faced a knockdown loss at One on TNT against Adriano Moraes. Many fans and critics took to social media to comment on the fight. Cejudo also took to social media and posted on his Twitter account.

The former champion gave himself a new nickname, posting a picture of him and some of his rivals. He wrote, “I’m the legacy snatcher” and with it was a picture of him with two UFC belts and pillows of his rivals Johnson, TJ Dillashaw, and Dominick Cruz.

The rivalry between Demetrious Johnson and Henry Cejudo

Henry Cejudo and Demetrious Johnson are two of the greats of MMA and UFC. These two fighters have had a couple of really exciting matches against each other.

The pair first in April 2016 where they fought at the UFC 197 co-main-event, ‘Mighty Mouse’ won the fight and defended his UFC flyweight title. Their rematch took place at UFC 227, where Cejudo bested Johnson and won the fight. Many fans have always hoped for a trilogy fight between the two fighters.

Henry Cejudo’s Greatest Victories in UFC

Demetrious Johnson is now a part of One championship and Cejudo has retired therefore a match between the two fighters seems highly unlikely. Although one can never be sure of the same and we may once again see Johnson vs ‘The Messenger’.

Cejudo has not been competing since his victory against Cruz, although the former champion has stayed active on social media and constantly trolls his rivals. Now, this tweet shows us that Cejudo still keeps his eyes on his rivals and will leave no opportunity of messing with them.

A Johnson vs Cejudo fight is tough to happen, but if it does, it would be magical to watch. We certainly hope and think that a fight between these two legends will happen. What do you think?
