Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is making all the headlines for his octagon return. The former UFC P4P #1 fighter will be facing Ciryl Gane for the vacant heavyweight title. Jones is making his UFC return after three years. What’s more? He was able to negotiate a new contract with Dana White and the UFC. He has reportedly penned down an 8-fight deal.

Jones‘ transition to the heavyweight division has been awaited for a long time. He’s been one of the best light-heavyweight fighters in the sport for years. However, he’s always had his sights set on the heavier weight class. The move to the heavyweight division has been a challenge for ‘Bones’. It was a difficult task, as he had to bulk up and maintain his speed and agility at the same time.

In a recent interview, Jones talked about how difficult it was to bulk up while still maintaining his fighting form. He said that he’s been working hard to make the transition, and fans will be surprised by what they see when he steps back into the octagon.

He’s revealed that his shoulders are much broader and his hips have increased as well. He said, “One of the hardest things was not being able to lose my shape while still trying to pack on 40 pounds. I think when the fans see me, they’ll be surprised that I still look a lot like I used to.
