Meanwhile, the UFC commentator is also famous for being very experimental with his diet and workout. Whether it’s him taking up the carnivore diet for a month or the famous ‘Sober October’, Rogan finds different ways to keep himself motivated.

Talking about the ‘Sober October’ challenge, Rogan recently did a podcast with Suzanne Santo. Moreover, the very first thing that the pair talked about was the details of his challenge. Meanwhile, Rogan, the 55-year-old, was giving out the details. He made a crazy revelation.
Joe Rogan went to crazy lengths to win the challenge.
The conversation began with the host talking about the ‘Sober October’ challenge that he takes up every year. The guest then enquired about the details and asked, “do you guys have like a contest or like who burns the most calories?”

Rogan replied, “We can’t have a contest because we get too stupid. Bert drives me crazy and then I go psycho. So we’ve decided no more contest.” The podcaster then revealed that the group of friends who take up the challenge tried competing one year and that went a little too far.

The host revealed, “We did a contest one year, and we went insane. I was doing cardio like seven hours a day. Because it was a contest.”
It shocked the guest to hear that, and she asked Rogan how he managed his work and family at the same time. He explained, “I would just get up in the morning and bang out seven hours of cardio.” He also revealed that during that time, he used to get up at seven in the morning. Moreover, after a little dose of caffeine, he used to straightaway go to the gym.

However, despite being praised by the guest, Rogan admitted that it was “psychotic” and totally “totally unsustainable” way of living and working out. He even once revealed that his workout regime during that time had started bothering his wife as well.
As per Rogan, Jessica Ditzel was not happy with his routine.
