Many fans touted the UFC 280 as the biggest and deepest card of the year. The wild card in Abu Dhabi gave Islam Makhachev a chance to redeem the lightweight title belt for Dagestan. Entering as the betting favorite and with former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in his corner, the title contender put on an impressive display. As a result, he left the venue with the title on his waist. Midst of all celebrations, the former UFC champion, Michael Bisping became an unlikely target of some fans.
